The 10 Day Mental Diet Challenge – Day 5

Day 5 of the mental diet challenge went well today, I’m pleased to say! I’m still a bit skeptical though, it seems almost too easy. I have to be missing something throughout the day.

On a side note, I’m coming down with a cold (thanks to my lovely daughter). And I found out something interesting; you can literally change how you feel by changing your physical posture.

For example, earlier I was walking around, sort-of hunched over a bit, moving all slow. And then I decided to change my posture, and boy was I surprised.

I stood up straight, held my shoulders back, even smiled a bit. And strangely, I felt significantly better (but not quite 100%). It was a very neat experience.

Anyways, on to day 6!
