  1. Yesterday I started my day with practising piano (I’d recently seen a TED talk that playing music is like a full body work out for your brain!).

    So yes, it started off well and also went by pretty good. I have a tendency to unnecessarily worry about stuff, in my mind. Got to work on that more!

    All in all, a good day.

  2. Day 2 completed, I put my head down and finished the work (well, almost) that I’d been procrastinating for a long while. Feeling better today!
